About me.
Growing up in an active family provided me with opportunities to get outside and exercise. This turned into a passion for the outdoors and different ways to enjoy it. Whether it was running, cycling, whitewater kayaking, skiing, hiking; I preferred activities that brought me into the fresh air. This turned into a general love of movement. From there I wanted to learn more about how the body moved, which led me to the University of Colorado, where I earned a doctorate in Physical Therapy. I have been enjoying the practice of Physical Therapy since 2003 with a focus on sports and orthopedics.

Listen
Tell me what you are feeling. What do you think is wrong? What do you love to do? How is your pain or dysfunction holding you back?
Observe
After listening I will watch you perform specific movements. Such as bending forward, doing small squats, walking, reaching overhead, etc.
Test
From what I have heard and observed I will focus on specific tests to help identify what is the root cause of your pain or dysfunction.
Plan
Information gained from specific tests will help to generate a plan. Typically this will include specific manual therapy treatments and an exercise program that will empower you to take control.
